Welcome to Coastal Retreat in Rye!We are so excited to offer this gorgeous resort style home in Rye to our guests. All on one level and styled beautifully throughout.

We have five stunning bedrooms and two bathrooms, two living areas, free WIFI and Netflix, heating and cooling throughout. Full linen included. Ample parking. A maximum of 10 adults can stay, 15 guests are allowed when its a mix of adults and children under the age of 16 years.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)

There is cctv to the outside of the property. We log in at 11pm to ensure guests have moved inside the house.
