We have a fully equipped designer kitchen with concrete bench tops, butlers pantry & an outdoor servery that will keep guests and the chef happy. Entertaining via a triple sliding door from the main living zone which opens to an undercover alfresco area, with built in seating and BBQ area leading out to a grassed yard for the kids.
The house has three air conditioned bedrooms, two separate living areas and two bathrooms plus an outdoor bath and shower. A living zone which features a limestone fireplace and soaring ceilings, giving a sense of light and space. The house has air-conditioning and heating throughout to ensure your comfort all year round.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with ensuite and built in robes has access to the outdoors. (Split system air conditioner)

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
