Master bedroom - Queen-size bed in the unique mezzanine
Second bedroom - Queen bed
Bedroom three - King single bunk bed.
There is a convenient bathroom and an additional powder room.
The living room has a cosy fireplace, perfect for those cooler evenings. We also have the convenience of two efficient split systems, one downstairs and one on the mezzanine, ensuring comfort all year round.
Whether you are planning a lazy day in or a fun day out, The Loft at Rye has you covered. Enjoy the use of the BBQ for a nice meal, or stay inside for a relaxed meal in the fully equipped kitchen before retreating to the living room for some indoor entertainment.
The Loft at Rye is just a stone’s throw away from local attractions in Rye. You can explore the lively Mornington Peninsula, visit prestigious wineries, or head straight to the white sands of Rye Beach.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
